Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Eligibility

By downloading or using the UAP Hub app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use UAP Hub. Submitting sighting reports requires a registered account with a valid email address.

2. Account Management

You may browse the App without an account, but posting sighting reports requires a non-anonymous account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. User-Generated Content

By submitting sighting reports, photos, or videos, you grant UAP Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content within the App and related services.

You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Community Standards & Prohibited Content

UAP Hub maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Objectionable, offensive, or harmful content
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior targeting any individual or group
• Content that promotes illegal activity
• Spam, misinformation, or intentionally fabricated sighting reports
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation

Violations may result in content removal and account termination without notice.

5. Moderation

Community-submitted sighting reports are reviewed by moderators before appearing publicly in the App. We aim to review credible reports promptly, generally within twenty-four (24) hours, though we make no guarantee of review timing.

6. Intellectual Property

All App content not submitted by users — including design, code, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Steven Starr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Advertising & Monetization

The free version of UAP Hub displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. The "Go Pro" upgrade is a one-time in-app purchase that removes advertisements and unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

UAP Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that sighting data is accurate, complete, or reliable. UAP content is user-submitted and unverified.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steven Starr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, UAP Hub.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
